Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us for a refund or exchange, except for final sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Prior to shipping, please email our customer service department at customerservice@shopoxfordstreet.com, and provide your name, order number and reason for return.

If you are returning an item because of an error made by Oxford Street, please contact us at customerservice@shopoxfordstreet.com to discuss shipping arrangements. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer, except if the client received a wrong or damaged item.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process.

All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 Cancellation Fee.

Orders purchased with Cryptocurrencies cannot be returned.

All sale items are final sale, No exceptions.

Undergarments such as briefs cannot be returned.

Electronics cannot be returned.

  • NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS ON ALL LAUNCH PRODUCTS
  • LIMIT 1 PER CUSTOMER - PLACING MORE THAN 1 ORDER WILL HAVE ALL ORDERS CANCELED
